Cinoti Ventures is a Bangalore developer; 96 Brickwood Avenue is their gated-community project in Hoskote — 2 & 3 BHK apartments across roughly 40,000 sq ft, Vastu-designed. The architect's master plan carried measurement errors on the unit and master-plan numbers. We corrected those measurements — without redesigning the architect's actual plan — and built the complete sales brochure around it.
Problem

Cross-checked every unit and master-plan measurement against the real dimensions before touching the brochure layout itself.
Solution
Corrected the measurement numbers across the master plan and unit plans, then built the full sales brochure around them.

96 Brickwood Avenue is live and actively marketed today — listed on property portals with full video walkthroughs, plans a sales team can actually stand behind.
